The Department of Human Services of the Australian Federal Government have implemented an initiative of blackmail through taxation to encourage parents to fully immunise their children. Parents who fail or refuse to provide proof of vaccination or an “approved exemption” face loss of family benefit payments such as Family Tax Benefit Part A supplement, Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate.

The current requirements for being eligible for these tax benefits include proving immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, hib, hepatitis B, measles, mumps and rubella for up to 12 month year olds. In 2013, new vaccines for meningococcal C and pneumococcal will be added as a requirement in order to qualify for the range of welfare benefits. Many taxpayers with families who refuse to “fully immunise” their children stand to lose up to $2,100 per child in benefits.

This appears to be yet another tactic being implemented by the Australian Federal Government to force parents to vaccinate their children without a law making the practice mandatory. This measure comes in the face of a 600% increase in refusals by Australian parents to vaccinate their children due mostly to concerns about their safety. The state government of Victoria has taken the extreme and legally questionable step of making it mandatory to present a certificate proving full-immunization before allowing a child to be enrolled in primary school. While there is a form available for parents to opt-out of the immunization program for medical reasons and another for refusing under conscientious objection, both of these must be signed by a doctor who declares that the parent understands the risks of not vaccinating their children.

A Tax Loop Hole? Daily Telegraph Makes Conscientious Objector Straw Man Argument

Journalists such as Renee Viellaris of the Daily Telegraph would have us believe that conscientiously objecting to, or otherwise opting out of childhood vaccination while still receiving government benefits such as the Family Tax Benefit Part A is a loophole that greedy families are cashing in on. The Human Services Department web page describes The Family Tax Benefit as “A payment that helps with the cost of raising children”. If this is the true intent of the payment, then it shouldn’t be seen as a ‘loophole’ unless it’s real intent is to force compliance with the government vaccination program.

30 Year Cover-up of Vaccines by UK Government Blown Open

Parents are right to be concerned. A new paper was recently published by a courageous doctor and investigative medical researcher that provide an astonishing 30 years of secret official transcripts of meetings of UK government vaccine committees and supposedly independent medical “experts” connected with the pharmaceutical industry. Many of the documents were not intended for public view and were accessed under FOI requests. The revelations of this paper show:

“Deliberately concealing information from parents for the sole purpose of getting them to comply with an “official” vaccination schedule could be considered as a form of ethical violation or misconduct. Official documents obtained from the UK Department of Health (DH) and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) reveal that the British health authorities have been engaging in such practice for the last 30 years, apparently for the sole purpose of protecting the national vaccination program.”

The 45 page paper is a rare disclosure of a cover-up of the adverse affects of vaccines, especially on children, while pharmaceutical companies use the state health authorities to legitimise and attempt to force their products on the public.

As more and more evidence comes to light on the adverse effects of vaccination, especially in children and the elderly, governments are resisting and actively covering these issues up while at the same time tightening the noose around parents who do not buy into the “herd immunity” theory that is pushed on them with any means of propaganda or outright coercion that they can get away with.

Just wondering... I haven't immunised my children. I have done research and made a medical choice not to. Not on moral or religious grounds. I consider it a medical choice; not a right or wrong situation. So, I have not signed a "conscientious objector" form. Is there any precedents where a person has still received the FTB Supplement though not b eing a conscientious objector?

The simple solution to this is "dont pay tax". Paying tax is voluntary (research this). There is no valid law that compels you to pay tax.
Refuse to pay, or collect GST and especially refuse to pay carbon tax. Any tax based on a lie is invalid.
Non of these tax laws have royal assent. They are not law unless you consent to them.
